Electrical Services
Elektro Serve has built its foundations by providing electrical services throughout Malaysia for its Oil & Gas and Non O&G clients since 1990. Our core expertise covers repair, maintenance, overhaul and rewinding of various types of electrical motors — AC/DC, Low Voltage/High Voltage, Induction/Synchronous. We are an IECEx-certified workshop providing services for Explosion Proof motors (Exe, Exd, Exp, Exn, Exde), equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to carry out static and dynamic testing.
Mechanical & Valve Services
At Elektro Serve, we aim to provide our clients with a one-stop solution centre for both electrical and mechanical needs. Our facilities are equipped for overhaul and repair of all types of pumps and valves, backed by well-trained manpower available year-round. We pioneered state-of-the-art pump testing facilities for Low and High Voltage pumps of any type — with a 12-metre test depth and flowrate up to 4000 m³/h, we can test critical equipment such as MOL Pumps, Sea Water Lift Pumps, Jockey Pumps and Service Water Pumps. Our valve test bench ensures every repair meets your requirements.

Elektro Serve is one of the leading companies in the Electrical and Instrumentation industry, providing a wide range of engineering solutions for various fields and applications. Over many years we have gained extensive experience from projects carried out both offshore and onshore. The Electrical and Instrumentation Division — one of Elektro Serve's core divisions — delivers Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, Construction and Maintenance services to industrial plants across Petroleum, Petrochemical, Power, Marine and Upstream. We give full consideration to project policies, schedules, technology, cost, and the technical feasibility of electrical distribution, control systems and instrumentation equipment.
EPCC Services
Elektro Serve is part of the Malaysian Oil and Gas Engineering Council. We provide engineering services for the design of new or upgrading projects from scratch — our engineers have worked with prominent companies in Malaysia and abroad in this scope.
Premium HV Coils Manufacturing
After many years of buying diamond-shaped high voltage coils from overseas, Elektro Serve acquired the equipment and technology to produce its own Premium High Voltage formed HV coils. We invested in a fully automatic coil manufacturing line, housed in a humidity- and dust-free, positive-pressure clean room.
